Continuous migration & synchronisation

Alfred: the data hub that migrates and synchronises your data

Our data hub centralises, transforms and redistributes data. It migrates continuously from PrestaShop to Shopware and synchronises ERP, PIM and WMS — with statuses, retries, API, ACL and a monitoring UI.

Migrate ten years of data without starting over

Migrating clients means migrating data. On the PrestaShop side, the connector exits the old world (one-way); on the Shopware side, it can be two-way, like ERP or PIM connectors depending on the client. Alfred turns integration into a project advantage: less re-entry, fewer errors, an up-to-date catalogue, usable orders and IT control over critical flows.

What Alfred Sync can synchronize

Catalogue

Products, offers, variants and media

References, manufacturers, categories, EAN, dimensions, packaging, metadata, legacy URLs, media, virtual offers, prices, stock and logistics data.

Customers

Accounts, groups and addresses

Identity, email, customer number, VAT, groups, tags, billing/shipping addresses and placeholders when data arrives in stages.

Orders

Orders, lines, payments and deliveries

Order number, customer, amounts, shipping costs, comments, transactions, deliveries, order documents and states for usable back-office reconciliation.

Reference data

Categories, brands, properties and rules

Catalogue tree, manufacturers, properties, tags, additional taxes, rules and packs to keep Shopware and IT systems consistent.

Statuses

Tracking, errors, retry and deletion

Each content has a status: pending, running, queued, synced, error, incomplete, to delete or deleted. Retries and cleanups are controlled from the UI or CLI.

Security

API, ACL and target servers

The Alfred API controls authentication, type-based rights, read/write/delete rights, partial rights and target server filtering according to authorized flows.

Synchronization IT can monitor

Alfred Sync does more than send data. It exposes runs, statuses, errors, retry actions, CLI commands, scheduled tasks and diagnostics to understand what flows, what blocks and what must be retried.

Direct, async or buffered

Each flow can be processed immediately, handed to Messenger, marked for later processing or disabled depending on criticality.

Management interface

A technical UI filters by project, server, type, status and content, then enables populate, push, retry, cleanup and batch actions.

Event-based extensibility

Mappings, content, upserts and triggers can be enriched without modifying storages, absorbing enterprise client specifics.

A clear story for high-budget projects

Less migration risk

Legacy redirects, mappings, statuses and retries make catalogue migrations clearer and easier to defend.

More IT credibility

API, ACL, sync modes, workers, scheduled tasks, logs and management UI reassure the teams that will operate the platform.

More business value

A reliable catalogue, aligned stock, correctly pushed orders and consistent pricing accelerate return on investment.

Does your client have an ERP, PIM or sensitive catalogue?

Alfred Sync is the right topic to introduce early: it structures budget, responsibilities and integration roadmap.
