Run your key moments with contextual campaigns in Shopware

Run a seasonal operation or promotion without rebuilding every asset. A campaign links reusable elements to a period, a priority and the relevant browsing contexts.

Prepare content for a promotion

A banner can announce a seasonal promotion, while a panel accompanies a brand’s product pages. Content is assigned to campaigns and ordered, without having to rebuild it for every page.

Target the right journey

Scopes define the relevant sales channels, pages, catalogue pages, categories, brands, products or editorial pages. An element can keep the campaign’s constraints and add its own, or use a replacement scope.

Schedule and check display

Preview lets you check a placement in a given context. Display checks the statuses and dates of the campaign and its elements, their compatibility with the placement and the available translation.

Priorities determine which campaigns take precedence, and positions order their elements. Overlaps must be checked before launch.

Distinguish context from individual personalisation

The targeting described here depends on browsing context, not on a customer’s profile or basket. It is not individual personalisation.

Within this scope, campaigns do not provide impression or click tracking, or A/B testing. Measuring actions requires separate tools.
