Platform monitoring in Shopware
FroggShop brings together health checks to help operations teams identify dependencies to examine. An overall status provides an initial indication, while service-level results guide further investigation.
Observe dependencies relevant to commerce
Available checks cover access to the database, cache, search engine and external services, as well as storage space and certain task states.
The active scope depends on modules and configuration. An unchecked dependency does not become healthy because the overall result is favourable.
Move from a signal to a diagnosis
Results are aggregated with a status level and details depending on the check. Scheduled collection can feed monitoring logs when that configuration is enabled.
The team relates these signals to the business symptom: unavailable search, processing delays or a service error. A signal alone does not establish the cause.
Define monitoring and responsibilities
Check frequency, access to details, alerts and the team responsible for intervention must be planned with operations.
This capability is neither automatic repair nor an availability guarantee. Health status does not replace tests of customer journeys and business data exchanges.
