Preferred store: find your usual location again in Shopware
Regular customers should not have to search for their store on every visit. FroggShop lets them choose a preferred location and find it again after signing in.
Choose a preferred store
Customers select a store in the dedicated journey. For signed-in customers, the choice is saved to their account; choosing another store replaces the previous favourite.
Carry the choice from browsing to the account
Before sign-in, the choice can be stored in the browser. On sign-in, a recognised local selection can be linked to the account.
The favourite store serves as a reference in displays that use it, including store lists and collection.
A preference, not a collection order
Setting a favourite does not reserve any items or confirm the location for an order. Collection eligibility still depends on the basket and the store.
The range of stores offered as favourites and how the choice is stored in the browser are configured for the project.
