Help customers understand whether an item is available to buy. FroggShop combines product data with defined sales rules to determine the availability to present in the chosen journey.
Turn product data into useful statuses
Rules can combine available quantities, a pre-order date and end-of-stock handling. Each status has a translatable label; the priority order determines the first matching rule used.
Organise availability updates
The calculation can run again after product changes or through scheduled processing. A validity period allows expired statuses to be recalculated, particularly when the sales situation changes over time.
Align the message with what can be sold
Rules, stock data and update processes must be consistent with your organisation. An availability message does not reserve stock.
Display locations and the timeframes shown need to be validated. Each relevant template must be configured to use the calculated statuses.
